We had 212 new listings and 28 homes come back on the market for total of 240 new homes to look at. 98 homes went under a purchase contract and 105 that were under contract closed escrow.
By looking at these numbers you can see that a home in the area has lesss than a 50% chance of selling. Your home needs to be in top shape and priced right to move in the current market.

Cincinnati is my hometown and it is sad to see some of the houses sit...but it is the market. I'm in Ann Arbor MI and although Michigan RE is also hurting, its good to be in the Ann ARbor area. Best wishes to you in my home town!
