 The State of Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann has filed suit on a lender for "secretly and intentionally participating in one of the largest housing investment deceptions in modern times".

 I for one applaud the Attoreny General for taking some action to stop and punish the people that were behind some of the housing problems that are facing residents of our state. It is time to go after these people who bilked the people that were buying a home out of their hard earned money.

 These people just have taken the hard earned money of the consumer in the State of Ohio and flushed it down the drain.

 I wish the State of Ohio good luck in their suit against FREDDIE MAC!
