They have also decided to leave 2 subdivisions in Kentucky.
This is a good example of why when you are looking to purchase your new Cincinnati home you should also view resale homes!
There are many good reasons not to purchase a home in a new subdivision.
- You can see what the existing homes look like.
- You can see what the neighbors are like.
- If here are amenities for the area you can view them.
- You know that you will not own the home surrounded by empty lots!
The burning question that most people have is now that a major player is pulling out of Butler County where does it stop?
Two years ago you could not buy a new home in Lakota Schools for under 240,000 now some Builders are offering homes starting in the 160,000 range. Granted the product is not the same but the price is lower.
My current recomendation is that if you are considering a move in the area look at resale homes you may love what you find at a lower cost than building and you will know what you are going to end up with.
