Here is the weekend update!

There were 196 new listings and 28 homes back on the market for a total of 224 fresh homes to view. 205 people dropped the price on their home to get it sold in the current market.

We did have 104 homes recorded as sold and traditionally we see closings happen near the end of the month.

38 homes could not sell during their listing period and 68 homeowners got tired and took tyheir home off the market.

There were 7 solds entered, I have 1 that could not be entered into the system that closed late Friday.

57 homes failed to sell durring their contract period and 4 people took their home off the market.
